Internet Connectivity
Tech Vault is a carrier neutral facility with six national and regional fiber carriers directly connected to our data center. Each of our carriers has a separate underground fiber loops with diverse entry points terminating in three separate ISP rooms in the building. In addition to diverse fiber paths into the facility, there are diverse fiber routes out to the New England region.
Tech Vault also offers its own “blended” internet service via BGP routing. Our high-performance managed bandwidth from an array of providers delivers the connectivity your business needs.
Network Services
Tech Vault provides high-speed circuits and Internet access to the most demanding customers in the state of Vermont and the Northeast. We offer superior, reliable dedicated connections and high-speed Internet access for your organization’s mission-critical applications. We have wholesale arrangements with almost all of the major telecommunications carriers in the region –Comcast, FirstLight, Consolidated Communications, AT&T, and CenturyLink (Level 3).
We utilize the best carrier or multiple carriers for each customer’s location, budget, and bandwidth requirements. We then engineer and deliver a custom Network Solution that includes: 24/7 Network monitoring, local support and service and Service Level Agreements to assure your organization of fast and reliable service.

Vermont Internet Exchange
Tech Vault is developing an Internet Exchange point in its South Burlington, Vermont facility. This will allow any network or CDN (Content Delivery Network) with a presence in our data center to interconnect directly to other networks in our facility, via the exchange, rather than through third-party networks. This will reduce carriers’ costs, reduce latency, and free up upstream bandwidth. ISPs can transfer data without limit, and without cost, vastly improving the bandwidth between customers of the participating ISPs at Tech Vault.
