Global infrastructure provider arrives in Petersburg, West Virginia.
29 January 2024 – Continent 8 LLC, the global infrastructure, connectivity, and security provider with data centers across 100 locations and four continents, is ramping up its activity in West Virginia via a partnership with the Seneca Rocks Regional Development Authority (SRRDA) to utilize its Grant County Data Center.
Housed within the Grant County Business & Technology Park and operated by the SRRDA, the data center is a ready-to-occupy 10,200 sq. ft. facility, designed for co-location, hosting and disaster recovery services.
Complementing its vast footprint of data centers across the globe, Continent 8 will be significantly investing in the site to enable customers, existing and new, to access the world-class hosting, connectivity, and cybersecurity solutions they are known for.
Continent 8 has already embarked on a recruitment drive locally, as it begins its development phase, with its first set of customers expected to go live in the coming months.
